SECTION 19-26-15

   § 19-26-15  Bond of applicant for searchwarrant. – The bond required to be given under § 19-26-14 shall be in double thevalue of the property claimed, with any surety as the court shall approve, andshall be given to the person from whose possession the property was taken, withcondition that the obligor claiming the property will pay all costs and damagesthat may be recovered by the obligee in any suit brought within ten (10) daysfrom the date thereof.
