SECTION 19-28.1-22

   § 19-28.1-22  Period of limitation. –An action under § 19-28.1-21 must be commenced not later than the earlierof:

   (1) Four (4) years after the act or transaction constitutingthe violation; or

   (2) Ninety (90) days after the receipt by the franchisee of arescission offer in a form approved by the director.
