   § 19-28.1-34  Severability. – If a provision of this act or its application to a person or circumstance isheld invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applicationsof this act that can be given effect without the invalid provision ofapplication. To this end the provisions of this act are severable. Further,this chapter shall not apply to entities regulated by chapter 55 of title 5.
