SECTION 19-4-14

   § 19-4-14  Appeal of orders –Enforcement. – (a) Any person or regulated institution aggrieved by a final order of thedirector or the director's designee made under the authority of this title mayappeal to the superior court pursuant to chapter 35 of title 42.

   (b) The director or the director's designee may apply to thesuperior court to enforce any administrative order issued.
