SECTION 19-4-4

   § 19-4-4  Audits. – Every regulated institution audited by a licensed, independent certified publicaccountant pursuant to applicable federal law or regulation shall submit a copyof the audit to the director or the director's designee within thirty (30) daysof receipt of the audit.
