SECTION 19-4-7

   § 19-4-7  Balance sheet form –Publication of report. – Once each calendar year, every financial institution, at its own expense, shallpublish a report in the form of a balance sheet, in a newspaper in the city ortown in which the financial institution is located. If there is no newspaperpublished in the city or town where the financial institution is located, thenthe report shall be published in a newspaper published in a city or town nearby.
