§ 19-6-1 - Definitions.
SECTION 19-6-1
§ 19-6-1 Definitions. – For purposes of this chapter:
(1) "Rhode Island bank holding company" means any company,association, partnership, corporation, or any other entity, however formed,that controls a regulated institution.
(2) "Company", "control", and "subsidiary" have the meaningset forth in the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, 12 U.S.C. § 1841 et seq.
