SECTION 19-8-3

   § 19-8-3  Review of application. – Upon receiving an application, the director or the director's designee shall:

   (1) Conduct an investigation of the competence, experience,integrity, and financial ability of each person by whom the acquisition is tobe made; and

   (2) Make an independent determination of the accuracy andcompleteness of any information prescribed.
