SECTION 2-1-20.3

   § 2-1-20.3  Inspection – Penalty.– (a) The director is authorized to enter, examine or survey at any reasonabletime any places that he or she considers necessary to carry out his or herresponsibilities under §§ 2-1-18 – 2-1-24 without a warrant.

   (b) Any person who willfully impedes or obstructs aninspection, examination or survey by the director or the director's agentsshall upon conviction be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars($100) or by imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) days or both.
