SECTION 2-1-25

   § 2-1-25  Severability. – If any provision of §§ 2-1-20 – 2-1-25 or of any rule,regulation, or determination made under these sections, or the application ofthese sections to any person, agency, or circumstances, is held invalid by acourt of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of §§ 2-1-20 –2-1-25, or the rule, regulation, or determination, and the application of thoseprovisions to other persons, agencies, or circumstances shall not be affected.The invalidity of any section or sections or parts of any section or sectionsof §§ 2-1-20 – 2-1-25 shall not affect the validity of theremainder of §§ 2-1-20 – 2-1-25.
