SECTION 2-1-9

   § 2-1-9  Enforcement of marketing laws.– It is the duty of the director of environmental management to assist in theenforcement of the provisions of §§ 2-1-8 – 2-1-12, chapter 6 ofthis title and chapters 17 and 18 of title 21 and the provisions of any rule orregulations promulgated by the director of the department of environmentalmanagement to carry out those provisions. The general assembly shall annuallyappropriate any sum it may deem necessary to pay the salary and expenses of thedirector of environmental management.
