SECTION 2-10-11

   § 2-10-11  Purchase and sale of seedlings.– For the purpose of encouraging reforestation, the director of environmentalmanagement is authorized and empowered to purchase, and resell at cost to theowners of any farm or woodlands in this state, tree seedlings to be planted onthose farms or land. Nothing in this section authorizes the director to incurany obligation for the payment of any sum by the state nor to charge any fee orprofit for his or her services under this section.
