SECTION 2-10-8

   § 2-10-8  Receipt of federal grants. –The general treasurer is authorized to receive any moneys that may be placed atthe disposal of the state by the United States government, or any department ofthe United States, under the provisions of any law, cooperative agreement orotherwise, for the purpose of protecting, preserving or developing thewoodlands and forestry in this state.
