SECTION 2-10-9

   § 2-10-9  Receipts from land condemned byUnited States. – Any sums received by the state as the proceeds resulting from the condemnationby the federal government, or any agency or agent of the federal government, ofany lands, under the jurisdiction of the department of environmental managementshall be deposited in the general fund.
