§ 2-12-17 Right of fire fighters andofficials to enter land. – No action of trespass shall lie against any person crossing or working upon theland of another to extinguish fire or to the director of environmentalmanagement or his or her representatives from crossing or working upon lands ofanother to investigate fire.
