SECTION 2-12-20

   § 2-12-20  Civil liability of dumpoperator. – Every person, firm, corporation or public agency who maintains a dump on owned,rented or leased property is liable in a civil action for the payment to thestate or fire company for the expenses incurred by the fire chief or seniorofficer, or any other authorized forest fire official, in attending orsuppressing forest fire as a result of burning in that dump and shall furtherbe liable in civil action for any damage to another's property by fire as aresult of burning in that dump.
