SECTION 2-14-9
§ 2-14-9 Suppression of pests anddiseases. – In any case where the town or city council requests the department ofenvironmental management to give general supervision over its town or cityforest in the suppression of insect pests and tree diseases, the tree wardenshall follow those recommendations and cooperate closely with the department ofenvironmental management.
