§ 2-15-15 Arrest and prosecution ofviolators. – Any police officer, sheriff or any employee of the department of environmentalmanagement having police powers may arrest a violator or violators of§§ 2-15-12 – 2-15-17 and cause him or her or them to beprosecuted before the proper court.
