SECTION 2-16.1-7

   § 2-16.1-7  Expenditures. – The state department, agency, or officer expending or becoming liable for anexpenditure on account of a control or eradication program undertaken orintensified pursuant to the compact shall have credited to his account, in thestate treasury, the amount or amounts of any payments made to this state todefray the cost of such program, or any part thereof, or as reimbursementthereof.
