SECTION 2-16-12
§ 2-16-12 Prosecution of violations.– All prosecutions of violations under the provisions of this chapter shall beinstituted by the director, and shall be directed by him or her, and it is notnecessary that he or she enter into recognizance or give surety for costs toprosecute these violations.
