§ 2-18-10 - Penalty for violations.
SECTION 2-18-10
§ 2-18-10 Penalty for violations. –Any person, firm or corporation violating § 2-18-9 or offering anyhindrance to the carrying out of any part of this section, shall be adjudgedguilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than tendollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.
