SECTION 2-18-12

   § 2-18-12  Appeals from chief entomologistto director. – Any person aggrieved by any order made by the chief entomologist may appeal tothe director of environmental management. The person may file with the directorof environmental management, within five (5) days after the order is made orissued by the chief entomologist, a claim of appeal from the order, the appealto be in writing.
