SECTION 2-19-5
§ 2-19-5 Penalty for violations. –Any person, firm or corporation who falsely represents that he or she holds anarborist license provided for in this chapter or who violates any otherprovision of this chapter, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding onethousand dollars ($1,000).
