SECTION 2-20-26

   § 2-20-26  Importation or purchase forprivate use. – Every person importing or purchasing lumber for his or her own private use andbenefit, upon giving a certificate to that effect to the surveyor, is notrequired to have the lumber surveyed and measured but if he or she shoulddispose of it in any other manner than is provided in this section, he or sheis liable to the same penalties as though the certificate had not been given.
