SECTION 2-20-29
§ 2-20-29 Penalty for alteration of marks.– Every person who willfully crosses, alters or defaces any mark affixed to anylumber by any deputy surveyor, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars($50.00), to be recovered by the surveyor and to enure as provided in §2-20-28.
