SECTION 2-20-30

   § 2-20-30  Penalty for fraud by surveyors.– Every person appointed to office under this chapter, or his or her deputy, whoconnives at any fraud or deception in surveying, marking or numbering thecontents of any boards, planks, joists or timber, shall be fined not less thanfifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense.
