SECTION 2-20-31

   § 2-20-31  Penalty for neglect of duties bysurveyor. – Every surveyor or deputy surveyor who, on due notice and request, willfullyneglects or refuses to perform the duties enjoined by this chapter shall befined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00)for each offense.
