SECTION 2-20-7

   § 2-20-7  Returns by Providence surveyor.– The Providence surveyor shall make return to the city council of the city ofProvidence, on the first Monday in February annually, of all lumber surveyed byhimself or herself or his or her deputies, specifying the various kinds andqualities and by whom surveyed, and the amount of all fees received by him orher and his or her deputies pursuant to this chapter; and the city councilshall cause those returns to be published in one of the newspapers published inthe city.
