SECTION 2-21-10

   § 2-21-10  Penalties for violations. –Any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter or the rulesand regulations promulgated under this chapter is subject to a penalty of notless than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars($500.00) to be enforced by a summary proceeding in a court of competentjurisdiction. Nothing in this chapter is construed as requiring the director orhis or her authorized agent to report for prosecution or for the institution ofseizure proceedings as a result of minor violations of the chapter when he orshe believes that the public interest will best be served by a suitable writtenwarning.
