SECTION 2-21-9

   § 2-21-9  Stop sale, use, or removalorders. – The director may issue and enforce a written or printed stop sale, use, orremoval order to the owner or custodian of any lot of agricultural limingmaterials and to hold at a designated place when the director finds that theagricultural liming material is being offered or exposed for sale in violationof any of the provisions of this chapter until the law has been complied withand the agricultural liming material is released, in writing, by the director,or the violation has been otherwise legally disposed of by written authority.The director shall release the agricultural liming materials withdrawn, whenthe requirements of the provisions of this chapter are complied with and allcosts and expense incurred in connection with the withdrawal are paid.
