SECTION 2-23-7

   § 2-23-7  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or determination made under this chapter, orapplication of this chapter to any person, agency, or circumstances is heldinvalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this chapter andits application to any person, agency, or circumstances shall not be affectedby the invalidity. The invalidity of any section or sections of this chaptershall not affect the remainder of this chapter.
