SECTION 2-3-3

   § 2-3-3  Organizational requirements forparticipation. – The cooperative extension district associations are incorporated under the lawsof Rhode Island, are governed by boards of directors selected to represent asevenly as possible all parts of their respective districts, and shall maintainand abide by the memorandum of agreement with the director of cooperativeextension at the University of Rhode Island.
