SECTION 2-4-16

   § 2-4-16  Cooperation of other publicagencies. – Agencies of this state and agencies of towns, municipalities or othergovernmental subdivisions of this state having jurisdiction over public orprivate land, or charged with the administration of publicly owned lands lyingwithin the boundaries of any district, may cooperate to the fullest extent withthose districts in the implementation of programs undertaken by the directorsunder the provisions of this chapter.
