§ 2-4-7 - Establishment of conservation districts. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 2-4-7

   § 2-4-7  Establishment of conservationdistricts. – There are established, three (3) conservation districts as follows:

   (1) All that portion known as Washington County and KentCounty is incorporated into a district to be called the southern Rhode Islandconservation district;

   (2) All that portion known as Providence County isincorporated into a district to be called the northern Rhode Islandconservation district;

   (3) All that portion known as Newport County and BristolCounty is incorporated into a district to be called the eastern Rhode Islandconservation district.
