SECTION 2-6-5

   § 2-6-5  Records. – Each person whose name appears on the label as handling agricultural orvegetable seeds subject to this chapter shall keep for a period of two (2)years complete records of each lot of agricultural or vegetable seed handledand keep for one year a file sample of each lot of seed after final dispositionof the lot. All records and samples pertaining to the shipment or shipmentsinvolved are accessible for inspection by the director or his or her agentduring customary business hours.
