§ 2-6-9 - Injunction.
SECTION 2-6-9
§ 2-6-9 Injunction. – When in the performance of his or her duties the director applies to any courtfor a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violatingor continuing to violate any of the provisions of this chapter or any rules andregulations under this chapter, the injunction is to be issued without bond.
