   § 20-1-13  Publication and effective dateof seasons and bag limits. – Notice of the director's intention to adopt regulations pursuant to §20-1-12 and the holding of a public hearing on these regulations shall bepublished in at least one newspaper of general statewide circulation, not lessthan twenty (20) days prior to the date of the public hearing. Theseregulations shall remain in effect not longer than one year following the dateof their effectiveness.
