SECTION 20-1-16

   § 20-1-16  Penalty for violations. –Unless otherwise specifically provided, the violation of any law or rule orregulation relating to wild animals, wild birds, lobsters and fish, marine,freshwater and anadromous fisheries and shellfisheries shall be a misdemeanor,punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) orimprisonment for up to ninety (90) days, or both.
