SECTION 20-1-20

   § 20-1-20  Power to require reports. –When deemed necessary to carry out the director's duties under this title, thedirector may require that reports detailing hunt, catch, effort, and other databe provided to the director by any person who hunts or fishes in this state orwho lands his or her catch in this state. These individual reports and otherdata shall remain confidential and may only be disseminated to the public orpersons outside the department in a statistical format.
