SECTION 20-1-22

   § 20-1-22  Severability. – The provisions of this title shall be interpreted and construed liberally inaid of its declared purpose. If any provision of any of the chapters in thistitle or any rule or regulation issued under this title is held invalid by acourt of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the title and rules andregulations shall not be affected, but shall be construed in such a way as togive all the provisions of this title full and valid effect to the fullestextent consistent with the law. The invalidity of any section or parts of anysection shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this title.
