SECTION 20-1-25

   § 20-1-25  Internet hunting. – (1) "Internet hunting" means the use of the Internet to remotely control theshooting of any bird or animal.

   (2) No person shall shoot at or kill any bird or animal withany gun via an Internet connection in Rhode Island.

   (3) No person shall import, export, or possess any bird oranimal or any part thereof which has been taken by the use of the Internet toremotely control the shooting of any bird or animal.

   (4) Violations of this section shall be a misdemeanor,punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) orimprisonment for up to ninety (90) days, or both.
