SECTION 20-1-5

   § 20-1-5  General enforcement powers.– The director and the director's authorized agents, employees, and designeesshall protect the wild birds, wild animals, fisheries, and shell fisheriesthroughout the state and shall administer and enforce the provisions of thistitle and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this title and shallprosecute violations of these laws and rules and regulations.
