SECTION 20-10-16.1

   § 20-10-16.1  License or permit suspensionor revocation. – The permit or license of any person who has violated the provisions of thischapter or the rules and regulations issued pursuant to it, including anyoneholding a license or permit found guilty of a violation in accordance with§ 20-10-16(b), may be suspended or revoked by the CRMC or the director asthe CRMC or the director shall determine by regulation. Any person aggrieved byan order of suspension or revocation may appeal this order in accordance withthe provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
