SECTION 20-10-18

   § 20-10-18  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or any rule, regulation, or determination madeunder this chapter, or the application of this chapter to any person, agency,or circumstance, is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, theremainder of this chapter, or the rule, regulation, or determination, and theapplication of those provisions to other persons, agencies, or circumstancesshall not be affected. The invalidity of any section or sections or parts ofany section or sections of this chapter shall not affect the validity of theremainder of this chapter.
