SECTION 20-10-8

   § 20-10-8  Performance requirements –Bond. – The CRMC may require the execution of a bond by the permittee to ensure theperformance by the permittee of all of the conditions of his or her permit,and, in the event of a failure so to perform, to ensure the removal ofaquaculture apparatus from the waters of the state.
