§ 20-11-20 - Penalties.
SECTION 20-11-20
§ 20-11-20 Penalties. – Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or who violates any ruleor regulation made under the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of acivil violation and be subject to a fine of one hundred dollars ($100) for eachoffense. Jurisdiction over violations of this chapter shall be with the traffictribunal.
