SECTION 20-12-6

   § 20-12-6  Obstructions to fish culture.– The director of environmental management may seize, and remove summarily ifneed be, all obstructions erected to hinder the passage of fish, or which areillegally erected to obstruct or in any way impede the growth and culture offish; and every person rebuilding or continuing any obstruction after it hasbeen removed and notification has been given by the director shall be fined notless than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense.
