SECTION 20-13-10

   § 20-13-10  Carrying of weapon while underthe influence of liquor or drugs. – It is unlawful to hunt anywhere in this state, or to enter any of the fields orwoods, or to enter upon any lands or water within or bordering this state,while possessing a firearm or other weapon for the purpose of hunting whenintoxicated or under the influence of intoxicating or controlled substances.
