SECTION 20-13-15

   § 20-13-15  Failure to render assistance toinjured person. – Any person causing an injury to another person by firearm or arrow whilehunting failing to render assistance to the injured person shall, in additionto any other penalties provided by law, be subject to a fine of up to onethousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment for up to one year, or both.
