SECTION 20-13-2.1

   § 20-13-2.1  Availability of safetyinstruction. – The department of environmental management shall make available the safetyinstruction required by § 20-13-2 on a continuing basis throughout theyear at sites throughout the state for the convenience of the public. In noevent shall safety instruction be offered less frequently than once each month.The department shall publish the dates and location of instruction innewspapers of general circulation.
